As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining precise control networks, performing stakeouts, and providing high-quality survey information to our design and construction teams. You will use total stations, GNSS receivers, and precision leveling equipment to capture topographic and construction data, then translate field measurements into reliable plans and as-built documentation.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and site crews to ensure layouts align with design specifications, monitor elevations and alignments, and support QA/QC processes throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for maintaining field records, preparing survey reports, and ensuring data integrity in our BIM/CAD workflows.

We offer a competitive monthly salary package (RM 4,000 – RM 5,500) and a contract arrangement that fits your availability. Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys for construction sites, establishing control points and performing stake-outs using total station, GNSS, and level instruments.
- Prepare field notes, survey plans, topographic surveys, and as-built drawings; manage data for CAD/BIM workflows.
- Verify and monitor alignment, elevations, and dimensions against design drawings; identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to integrate survey information into construction schedules and progress reports.
- Maintain calibration and care of surveying equipment; ensure safety and compliance with site regulations.
- Support QA/QC processes by providing accurate measurements and timely survey deliverables to on-site teams.
- Document survey activities and ensure all records are properly stored and retrievable for audits.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of surveying experience in construction or similar environments.
- Proficiency with total stations, GNSS, leveling instruments, and field data collection; experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and plotting skills; ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of local standards and regulations; ability to work on-site in Batu Pahat and travel to project locations as required.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; valid driving license preferred.
