Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key accounts within the Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) segment to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, engineering) to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Drive the adoption of Nokia's FWA solutions and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) technologies and the telecom landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed.
