Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of care staff, nurses, and support personnel to deliver high-quality elderly care services
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs
- Manage centre budgets, inventory control, and financial reporting while optimizing operational efficiency
- Coordinate healthcare services, including medication management, therapy programs, and emergency protocols
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Design and execute engaging activities promoting active aging and social inclusion
- Oversee facility maintenance, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior care or active aging centre management
- Certification in Gerontology, Healthcare Management, or relevant elderly care qualification
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's healthcare regulations and elderly care standards
