Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of compliance analytics frameworks and reporting mechanisms to support distribution oversight activities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of distribution data to identify potential misconduct, anomalies, and areas of non-compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support investigation teams by providing data-driven insights, forensic analysis, and detailed reporting to facilitate effective resolution of compliance issues
- Develop and maintain automated compliance monitoring systems and dashboards to enable real-time tracking of distribution activities and risk indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk Management, and Business Units to enhance compliance protocols and reporting standards
- Prepare and present executive-level reports summarizing compliance trends, risk assessments, and recommended actions to senior leadership
- Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure the organization's compliance strategies remain effective and up-to-date
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in compliance analytics, regulatory reporting, or risk management within banking and financial services
- Proven track record in leading compliance reporting initiatives and supporting misconduct investigations with analytical expertise
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, or similar platforms for advanced analytics
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to Singapore's financial services industry
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Professional certification such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or relevant compliance qualifications will be advantageous
