Responsibilities
- Lead strategic advisory engagements with enterprise clients to identify business pain points and define digital transformation roadmaps leveraging Docusign's platform.
- Drive value-selling methodologies by quantifying ROI, building business cases, and articulating the financial and operational impact of agreement automation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to architect complex solutions, manage multi-stakeholder deal cycles, and close large-scale enterprise agreements.
- Act as a trusted C-suite advisor, delivering executive presentations, workshops, and thought leadership that positions Docusign as a strategic partner.
- Cross-functional coordination with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless solution delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to refine advisory frameworks and differentiate Docusign's value proposition.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets for the advisory practice.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including deal velocity, win rates, and customer outcomes, to continuously improve advisory effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise sales consulting, or solution advisory within SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar deal cycles and driving revenue growth in a consultative selling environment.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and agreement lifecycle management concepts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to build credible business cases and ROI analyses.
- Experience with value-selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, ValueSelling) and CRM tools (Salesforce, Tableau).
- Ability to travel as needed within the Asia-Pacific region to support client engagements.
