We are currently looking for a Lead Partner Success Implementation Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of our solutions for strategic partners, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process.
As the lead technical expert, you will work closely with partners to understand their unique requirements, design customized solution architectures, and guide them through integration best practices. Your technical acumen and project leadership will ensure that our partners can leverage our platform to its fullest potential, driving mutual growth and success.
You will also collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, and sales to relay partner feedback, influence product roadmap, and continuously improve our implementation methodologies. In addition, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a world-class partner implementation practice.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in software implementation, cloud technologies, and APIs, along with proven experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships. Your ability to think strategically and execute tactically will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation projects for high-value partners, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to partners during integration, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define implementation strategies and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and training materials.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for partners to enhance their adoption and proficiency.
- Monitor partner implementation health metrics and proactively address any concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in implementation engineering, partner success, or technical consulting roles.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API integrations.
- Proven experience in leading technical projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
