As a Lead Partner Success Implementation Engineer, you will serve as the technical backbone driving seamless deployment and adoption of our solutions across a diverse partner ecosystem. You will partner closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to design, configure, and launch integrated implementations that meet partner business objectives while ensuring highest standards of reliability, scalability, and security. Your deep technical expertise will enable you to troubleshoot complex integration challenges, provide strategic guidance, and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. In this role, you will also gather partner feedback to influence product roadmaps, develop best‑practice playbooks, and lead knowledge‑transfer sessions that empower partners to maximize value from our technology. You will define success metrics, track implementation KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability. By championing a partner‑centric approach, you will help shorten time‑to‑market, reduce implementation risks, and drive measurable business outcomes for both the company and its partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of partner solutions, from requirement gathering to go‑live and post‑launch support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, engineering, customer success) to design scalable architectures that align with partner needs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior implementation engineers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, leveraging deep expertise in APIs, cloud platforms, and data synchronization.
- Develop and maintain implementation playbooks, standard operating procedures, and partner enablement materials.
- Define and track implementation KPIs, success metrics, and ROI, delivering regular reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in solution implementation, technical consulting, or partner engineering roles.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale integration projects in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with APIs, middleware, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements.
