Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify inbound leads within response time standards to maximize conversion opportunities
- Conduct consistent follow-up communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms to nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Schedule and book consultations with qualified leads, ensuring calendar optimization and attendance confirmation
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems with all relevant prospect information and interaction history
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly qualification and booking targets while maintaining high-quality lead interactions
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify conversion barriers and implement improvement strategies
- Provide feedback to marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to enhance future lead generation efforts
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing skill development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, lead qualification, or customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion targets in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with minimal supervision and strong self-discipline
