Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in R&D with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in machine learning, computer vision, or industrial automation
- Proven track record in manufacturing digitalization projects
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals/conferences
- Experience with agile development and prototyping methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants and funding
