Responsibilities
- Lead and design cutting-edge proteomics and genomics research projects aligned with company objectives
- Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to quality control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Genetics, Genomics, Proteomics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in proteomics and genomics research
- Proven track record of leading successful research teams and projects
- Expertise in advanced laboratory techniques including mass spectrometry, NGS, and bioinformatics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex biological datasets
- Demonstrated experience in scientific writing and peer-reviewed publications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across scientific disciplines
