Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user enrollment, content uploading, and system maintenance.
- Coordinate and schedule various training programs, workshops, and learning events, ensuring seamless logistics and participant communication.
- Provide prompt and effective support to employees regarding LMS access, course inquiries, and general learning program information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Generate regular reports on learning program effectiveness, completion rates, and other key L&D metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with L&D content creators and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and integration of new learning materials.
- Assist in the evaluation of training programs and feedback collection to identify areas for improvement.
- Support other HR and L&D initiatives and projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an L&D administration or HR support role, with a strong focus on learning technologies.
- Proven proficiency in administering and managing a Learning Management System (LMS) – experience with popular platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
