Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs aligned with business objectives
- Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) for BSA employees
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities
- Measure and analyze training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback mechanisms
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and training resources
- Collaborate with department heads to create customized development plans
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in L&D methodologies
- Facilitate leadership development programs and workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in learning and development or training roles
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools
- Strong analytical skills for needs assessment and program evaluation
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional models (ADDIE, SAM)
- Proven track record in designing soft skills and technical training programs
