Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative training programs aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of learning specialists and trainers
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps across retail departments
- Manage learning technology platforms and digital content creation
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with department heads to align learning initiatives with performance goals
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for learning programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training or L&D roles
- Proven track record in retail or customer service industry training
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Experience managing teams and stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms (Moodle, Articulate)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
