Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize legal documents, contracts, and case files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with internal protocols.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal counsel, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of legal correspondence, reports, presentations, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain and update legal databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Facilitate communication between the legal department and other internal departments, as well as external legal counsel, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation related to legal services.
  • Conduct basic legal research and gather information as directed by legal professionals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies for all sensitive legal matters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a legal administrative, legal secretary, or similar role, preferably within a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
