Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, service agreements, and legal documents to protect company interests.
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national laws and regulations affecting security agency operations.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, regulatory filings, and other legal matters.
  • Maintain an organized system for legal records, permits, licenses, and corporate filings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide legal guidance and support to management and operational teams on daily matters.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and advise leadership on potential impacts to the business.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on legal and compliance issues for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field (Law degree is a plus).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor law, contract law, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City and report regularly to the head office.
