Responsibilities
- Provide legal research and analysis on healthcare regulations, statutes, and case law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Assist in maintaining corporate compliance programs and internal policies.
- Support litigation matters by coordinating with external counsel and preparing necessary documentation.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting the healthcare industry.
- Conduct internal audits and advise on risk management practices.
- Prepare legal reports, memoranda, and presentations for senior management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold attorney-client privilege.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; Bar admission is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal support or paralegal role, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine healthcare laws, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with high ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems is advantageous.
