Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal medical teams and external stakeholders or regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project schedules to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence related to liaison activities.
- Facilitate effective communication across various departments to ensure alignment on company goals.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address bottlenecks or miscommunications.
- Prepare and present status updates to management regarding collaborative efforts and partnership milestones.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare-related protocols and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a liaison, administrative, or customer-facing role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
