As the Store Pharmacist, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day dispensing activities, verify prescriptions, and maintain accurate medication records.
• Lead inventory management, stock control, and supplier relations to minimize waste and optimize availability of medicines and health products.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Watsons policies, including ROS standards and pharmacy license requirements.
• Provide clinical guidance and counseling to customers on safe medication use, potential interactions, and adherence strategies.
• Collaborate with store management and healthcare partners to implement promotional and professional services initiatives.
• Manage pharmacy staff performance, training, and scheduling to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor financial performance, including margins, profitability, and cost controls, while upholding ethical standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment, including controlled substances handling and documentation.

Qualifications for the role include a valid Philippine pharmacist license, at least 2 years of experience in retail or community pharmacy, strong knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics, and excellent communication skills.
