Responsibilities
- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions to showcase and promote products.
- Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, addressing concerns, and managing comments professionally.
- Implement effective sales techniques to drive conversion rates during live sessions.
- Prepare product sets and presentation materials before going live to ensure a smooth broadcast.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative content ideas and campaign themes.
- Analyze live streaming metrics to identify improvement areas and optimize future performance.
- Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and brand-aligned persona throughout every broadcast.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of spoken Malay and English (additional dialects are a plus).
- Confident and natural in front of a camera; ability to maintain high energy for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and persuade audiences.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends, live-streaming platforms, and e-commerce best practices.
- Ability to improvise and handle live Q&A sessions with poise and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, hosting, acting, or content creation is highly preferred.
