In this position, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service while driving financial inclusion in Lucban, Quezon. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs, provide guidance on loan products, and ensure seamless account management throughout the loan lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with loan clients through proactive engagement and regular follow-ups
- Process loan applications, renewals, and modifications in accordance with bank policies and procedures
- Monitor portfolio performance and conduct regular account reviews to ensure timely payments and risk mitigation
- Provide financial advisory services and educate clients on loan products, terms, and repayment options
- Collect and verify documentation for loan processing, including financial statements and collateral requirements
- Coordinate with credit assessment teams to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and account activities in the banking system
- Achieve individual and team targets for loan portfolio growth and delinquency control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in loan processing, credit analysis, or customer service within a banking or microfinance institution
- Strong understanding of lending products, credit evaluation principles, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with banking core systems
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid NBI clearance and willingness to undergo background verification
- Resident of Lucban, Quezon or willing to work in the area
