Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with micro-enterprise clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor loan usage and provide necessary account servicing.
- Perform thorough credit assessments and documentation to ensure compliance with company lending policies.
- Proactively identify and address account delinquencies through effective communication and collection strategies.
- Assist clients with loan application processes, ensuring all requirements are accurate and complete.
- Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance and field activities for management review.
- Educate clients on financial products and services to promote long-term engagement and account growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in banking, credit, or field sales is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to converse effectively in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially regarding financial documentation.
- Willingness to perform field-based work and travel within assigned areas in Quezon.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving set performance targets.
