Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of loan clients to ensure timely payments and account health.
- Conduct regular site visits and field assessments to evaluate client businesses and creditworthiness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address client queries and concerns regarding loan products.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve monthly loan collection and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan documentation in compliance with bank policies and BSP regulations.
- Educate clients on financial literacy and responsible borrowing habits to promote long-term financial stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in lending, microfinance, account management, or field-based sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse business owners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic financial reporting.
- Willingness to perform extensive field work within Bauan and surrounding areas.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail for documentation and risk assessment.
- Fresh graduates with high potential and a strong interest in microfinance are encouraged to apply.
