Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a healthy loan portfolio by conducting regular account monitoring and servicing.
- Provide exceptional relationship management to existing and potential clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Conduct thorough validation and assessment of loan applications to ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Prepare and process loan documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate credit evaluation and loan approval processes.
- Address client inquiries regarding loan products, terms, and requirements with professionalism.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the preservation of account quality.
- Prepare regular reports on loan status, collections, and portfolio performance for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or credit operations is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong financial aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle diverse client profiles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet departmental targets.
- High degree of integrity and professional ethics.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for field visits when required.
