Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to promote loan products and services.
- Process loan applications, conduct credit assessments, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor existing loan accounts for timely repayments and address any delinquencies.
- Provide detailed information on loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to prospective borrowers.
- Maintain up-to-date records of loan portfolios and generate regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with credit and risk teams to adhere to lending policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for crossâselling additional banking products to existing clients.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives to stay current with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1â2 years of experience in loan processing, credit analysis, or banking operations.
- Strong understanding of lending principles, credit risk assessment, and loan documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerâservice orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with banking software systems.
- Detailâoriented with high accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastâpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the assigned area for client visits.
