A driving license is an advantage for on-site client visits and branch coverage, reflecting the mobile nature of this role.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue loan opportunities by engaging customers in branches and on-site events.
- Explain loan products clearly, including eligibility, terms, rates, and required documentation; tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Drive sales targets for personal, auto, housing, and business loans while delivering excellent customer service.
- Process loan applications accurately, gather documents, and verify information to ensure timely approvals.
- Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to expedite disbursements and maintain a smooth customer journey.
- Build a robust sales pipeline, maintain customer relationships, and provide post-application support.
- Maintain knowledge of current lending policies, promos, and compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
- Deliver high-quality experiences by resolving inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher; college degree preferred in business, finance, or related field.
- Proven sales experience in financial services or banking; target-driven with a track record of meeting quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Knowledge of loan products, underwriting basics, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with banking systems or CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and grow a career in banking in Olongapo/Zambales.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to branches or client sites as needed (driving skills an advantage).
