Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Lobby Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis in Singapore. As a Lobby Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of our building's lobby and common areas. Your efforts will ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, have an eye for detail, and enjoy maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Uniform will be provided, so all you need is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Please note that all staff are required to sign in and sign out on site for attendance tracking.

Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum lobby floors and entryways daily
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces including counters, tables, and furniture
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed
- Clean and disinfect glass doors, windows, and reflective surfaces
- Maintain restrooms in the lobby area, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when stock is low
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the management
- Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Willing to wear provided uniform and adhere to dress code (dark long pants and covered shoes)
- Must be able to sign in and out on site as required
