Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of lobby areas, including floors, glass doors, reception desks, and seating areas
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop all hard flooring surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative elements throughout the lobby space
- Empty and maintain trash receptacles, ensuring proper waste disposal procedures
- Monitor and restock lobby supplies such as hand sanitizers, tissues, and informational materials
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management promptly
- Ensure proper signage and entrance mats are clean and properly positioned
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or needed repairs
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow cleaning protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Reliability and punctuality – must be able to sign in and out on-site as required
- Willingness to wear provided uniform with dark long pants and covered shoes
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible part-time hours
