As the first point of contact for anyone entering the building, your role is crucial in ensuring the lobby area remains spotless, hygienic, and inviting. Uniform will be provided – simply wear dark long pants and covered shoes. All staff must sign in and sign out on site. You will be responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the lobby, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum lobby floors to maintain a clean and polished appearance.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces including reception desks, window sills, and decorative items.
- Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, and seating.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners; ensure disposal areas are tidy.
- Clean and polish glass doors, mirrors, and entrance panels.
- Monitor and replenish restroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) in adjacent facilities.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all site sign-in/sign-out procedures and uniform requirements.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must wear dark long pants and covered shoes as per uniform policy.
- Willing to sign in and out on site as part of attendance procedures.
- Available for part-time shifts (schedule to be discussed during interview).
