Responsibilities
- Assisting in the efficient loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles.
- Operating company vehicles to deliver products to various locations around Selangor and the Klang Valley.
- Ensuring all deliveries are made on schedule and following the most efficient routes.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and regular maintenance schedule of the assigned vehicle.
- Performing warehouse duties including stock arrangement, packing, and inventory counting.
- Verifying delivery orders and invoices to ensure all documentation is signed correctly by recipients.
- Adhering strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Reporting any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Malaysian GDL (Goods Delivery License) and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a logistics/warehouse assistant role.
- Strong knowledge of routes within Batu Caves and the surrounding Klang Valley area.
- Physically capable of handling manual lifting and moving of goods (heavy lifting involved).
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with clients and team members.
- High level of punctuality, integrity, and excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on delivery schedules and operational needs.
