We are seeking a reliable and responsible Logistic Driver to become a key part of our operations team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our Commissary, Roastery, and Warehouse, ensuring that our products reach their destinations safely, on time, and in perfect condition. As a Logistic Driver, you will operate company vehicles (vans, trucks, or L300s) to transport orders to various locations in and around Paranaque. You will be expected to maintain accurate delivery records, perform basic vehicle inspections, and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Your role directly impacts our ability to serve customers and maintain our reputation as a premier food supply company in the Philippines.

Responsibilities
- Transport orders from the Commissary, Roastery, and Warehouse to designated delivery points (restaurants, retailers, or internal facilities).
- Verify cargo against shipping documents and ensure accurate loading/unloading to prevent damage or loss.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption and adhere to schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report any maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including proof of delivery receipts, mileage, and fuel records.
- Communicate with dispatchers and warehouse team to coordinate pickup and drop-off times.
- Assist in inventory control by returning undelivered items and documenting discrepancies.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company safety policies, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in driving/logistics is a plus.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Code 1, 2, or 3) with no major traffic violations in the past 2 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, logistics driver, or similar role in Metro Manila.
- Familiarity with Paranaque City routes and surrounding Metro Manila areas.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 25 kg) and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (e.g., checking oil, tire pressure, fluid levels).
- Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours when delivery volume demands.
