Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end shipment operations, ensuring timely delivery of all outbound and inbound logistics
- Optimize transportation routes and freight management strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses, and distribution centers to maintain smooth supply chain workflows
- Monitor shipment tracking, resolve logistics issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance logistics performance
- Maintain accurate documentation including shipping records, customs compliance, and inventory reports
- Liaise with carriers and third-party logistics providers to negotiate rates and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- Proficient in logistics management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Johor and nearby regions as needed
- Familiarity with Johor's transportation network and local logistics regulations is an advantage
