Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily warehouse administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Generate and process shipping documents, delivery orders, and invoices accurately.
- Liaise with internal departments and external transport vendors to ensure timely shipments.
- Update and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers or stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries regarding logistics schedules and documentation requirements.
- Support general office administrative duties and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work in the East Region of Singapore.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle hands-on tasks when required.
