Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
- Process logistics documentation including shipping orders, invoices, and delivery manifests
- Assist in organizing warehouse operations and optimizing storage layout
- Track and trace shipments, resolving any delivery discrepancies or delays
- Support the logistics team in planning efficient routing and scheduling
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to coordinate logistics activities
- Generate reports on logistics performance metrics and inventory status
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Valid NBI clearance or ability to obtain clearance for employment
