Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, inspection, and put-away of incoming aircraft parts and materials.
- Conduct cycle counts and stock checks to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and issue parts to internal teams efficiently and safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Nitec/Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
- At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics experience (aviation industry a plus).
- Valid forklift license (Class 3 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and WMS software.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry items (up to 25kg).
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
