Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track and update shipment status using logistics software and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, and packing activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations.
- Prepare documentation such as delivery notes, customs paperwork, and transport invoices.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
- Help analyse logistics data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing service levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent; diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field is a plus.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
