Grand Meritus Security Agency is looking for an energetic and strategic Logistics Deputy Head to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the endâtoâend management of our logistics and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient movement of security equipment, personnel, and supplies across the region.
You will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement operational plans, optimize routing and scheduling, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance. Your analytical mindset will drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction projects, and performance monitoring to meet and exceed service level agreements.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily dispatch activities, managing fleet utilization, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing detailed reports for senior leadership. You will also be tasked with mentoring and developing a highâperforming logistics team, ensuring adherence to company policies, and responding swiftly to any operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily logistics operations and coordinate with security personnel to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Develop and implement efficient routing, scheduling, and dispatch plans to maximize fleet utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage warehousing activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Mentor and supervise logistics staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3â5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage fleet operations, routing, and dispatch in an urban environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detailâoriented, selfâmotivated, and capable of working under pressure.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila as needed.
