As a Logistics Executive, you will manage daily logistics activities including coordination of shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing essential documentation. Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound logistics including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments
- Manage outbound logistics operations, coordinating order picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize stock layout and movement
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to resolve issues
- Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation of logistics software and systems
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of IT industry logistics is a plus
