Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), the largest Asian restaurant company in the world, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our supply chain hub in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this critical leadership role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end logistics ecosystem. Your primary mandate is to ensure the seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods. This includes directing all activities related to warehousing, transportation, fleet management, and inventory optimization. You will strategically manage third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships, negotiate competitive contracts, and ensure strict compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Cost management is a core component of this role. You will analyze logistics data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive down costs while maximizing service quality and efficiency. You will report directly to senior leadership and work cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and store operations teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including inbound and outbound inventory management, warehousing, and fleet transportation to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Manage and optimize third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships, negotiating contracts and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) to drive performance and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize operational risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analytics and logistics systems (WMS/TMS) to track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory standards across all logistics and warehousing activities.
- Manage the logistics budget, control operational expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG, QSR, or manufacturing industry.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with proven leadership skills in managing teams and driving performance.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing best practices, transportation management, inventory control, and cost management principles.
- Proven experience in managing 3PL relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule and be based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.
