Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Develop and implement cost-effective supply chain strategies to optimize delivery timelines and resource utilization
- Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Lead and mentor logistics teams to achieve operational targets and service excellence
- Coordinate cross-departmental logistics planning and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive logistics management experience in manufacturing or FMCG
- Proven track record in optimizing supply chain operations and reducing logistics costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid professional certification in logistics (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
