Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to optimize logistics flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, customs declarations) in compliance with regulations.
- Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards within the logistics operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations (fresh graduates with relevant internship are welcome).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore customs regulations and international shipping procedures is a plus.
