Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, and stowing of incoming goods.
- Process outbound shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately for delivery.
- Maintain and update inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP.
- Conduct regular stock-takes and cycle counts to ensure physical inventory matches system data.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal transporters to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Oversee the housekeeping of the warehouse to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Prepare necessary shipping documentation, including delivery orders and packing lists.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with team members.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks in a warehouse setting.
- A valid Singapore Forklift License is highly advantageous.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability or ability to start on short notice is preferred.
