As a Logistics Officer, you will coordinate day-to-day transport and warehousing activities, ensure timely deliveries, and uphold service levels for customers. You will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline processes, improve inventory accuracy, and optimize order fulfillment. This role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision making through regular reporting and KPIs.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, monitor tracking, and resolve exceptions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist with inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse housekeeping to maintain accuracy.
- Prepare shipping documents, manifests, and compliance paperwork for domestic and international movement as required.
- Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to negotiate rates, schedules, and efficient routes.
- Support procurement and vendor management activities, ensuring alignment with budgets and lead times.
- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, accuracy, and cost metrics.
- Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to company policies, and uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in process improvements, and contribute to supply chain growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of logistics/warehouse operations experience.
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in the West Region and willingness to adapt to evolving needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data-driven decision making.
