In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational bridge between our sales force and delivery teams, ensuring that our products reach customers seamlessly and on time.
You will be responsible for coordinating dispatch schedules, managing inventory flow, and communicating with our Valenzuela office to verify promodiser availability for deliveries. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Valenzuela sales force to verify the availability of promodisers for scheduled deliveries.
- Plan and optimize daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of all manufactured items.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to align with dispatch requirements.
- Liaise between manufacturing, warehouse, and sales departments to resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all delivery logs and dispatch activities.
- Provide regular status reports on delivery performance to management.
- Implement process improvements to reduce transit times and operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse coordination.
- Strong knowledge of logistics planning software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a must).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple delivery schedules simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of manufacturing environment operations is a significant advantage.
