Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer delivery schedules and compliance requirements.
- Administer order processing, from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with warehouse teams to optimize stock availability and space utilization.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety regulations, port rules, and international trade laws.
- Resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or damages through effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Generate logistics performance reports and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to support special projects and ad-hoc logistics needs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics planning, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
