Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales quotations for clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure efficient delivery of services to clients
- Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date
- Respond to client inquiries regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and service options
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales support activities
Qualifications
- Singaporean citizenship (mandatory requirement)
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Logistics, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales support or logistics is an advantage
