As a Logistics Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our receiving operations and ensuring the seamless flow of materials and finished goods. You will be responsible for checking shipments for accuracy and quality, coordinating with warehouse and Quality Assurance teams, managing product returns efficiently, and monitoring daily workflow to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming shipments
- Inspect and verify shipments against purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies to the supply chain team
- Coordinate closely with warehouse personnel and QA team to maintain inventory accuracy and product quality standards
- Develop and implement efficient workflows for receiving, storage, and distribution of materials
- Manage product returns and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and resolution within specified timeframes
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Prepare regular reports on logistics metrics, inventory levels, and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all logistics activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years supervisory or team leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and warehouse management systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing setting
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all operational tasks
