Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operations using SAP and WMS systems
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics processes including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling procedures
- Collaborate with procurement and distribution teams to ensure timely shipments
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and compliance standards
- Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Train staff on SAP/WMS system usage and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in warehouse administration or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with inventory control and stock management procedures
- Knowledge of Singapore logistics regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Effective communication skills in multicultural settings
