In this role, you will play a critical part in our logistics operations, ensuring that essential materials are transported safely and punctually between Papar and Kota Kinabalu project sites.

Responsibilities
- Transport materials safely and efficiently between project sites in Papar and Kota Kinabalu.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and shipment documentation.
- Ensure cargo is properly loaded, secured, and protected against damage during transit.
- Adhere strictly to all Malaysian traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors regarding delivery status and potential delays.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (oil, tires, fluid levels) and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid GDL (Goods Driving License) in good standing.
- Proven experience as a lorry driver or similar commercial driving role.
- Strong knowledge of routes within Papar, Kota Kinabalu, and surrounding areas.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work independently.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and time management.
- Physically fit to handle loading and unloading duties when required.
- Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and engine health.
