Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chemical hard disk manufacturing machinery in a precise and efficient manner.
- Perform routine machine inspections and minor adjustments to ensure optimal production output.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and rectify any defects in the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company hygiene and safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent contamination and ensure product consistency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately for prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Willingness to work a 5-day work week and adhere to shift schedules as required.
- Basic proficiency in English to understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or machine operation is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in a chemical environment.
