Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for facility machinery and equipment.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
- Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent maintenance quality.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify technical issues and perform timely repairs.
- Collaborate with vendors and external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks or facility upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation for audit and performance tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment lifespan and operational throughput.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to local safety regulations and company health policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance or industrial equipment management.
- Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance principles.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic technical reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
